Classes are held in person at Mr. G's Garage in Chatsworth, working with real vehicles and real damage — not just a classroom. The evening schedule is built for people who work during the day.

• Inspecting a vehicle and identifying visible and hidden damage
• Repair vs. replace decisions and labor time judgment
• Writing estimates in CCC ONE, step by step
• Researching OEM repair procedures
• Taking proper damage photos and documenting a claim
• Supplements, and working with shops and insurance companies

Who it's for

Anyone starting a career as an auto damage appraiser or estimator, and body shop staff who want to write their own estimates.
